What is ADIRA?

ADIRA is an association created 60 years ago and whose members include the main local economic, political and social forces.

ADIRA benefits from a unique business relations network in the “Département du Bas-Rhin” and accompanies more than 300 economic development projects per year carried by either businesses or the local authorities.

How can ADIRA support businesses?

In addition to working alongside the local authorities as regards industrial sites and real-estate programmes for example, ADIRA offers businesses a wide variety of services including:

• site proposals (land or premises) in accordance with companies’ current and future needs,
• information on financial incentives and help in seeking public or private financing,
• putting in touch with local contacts to help projects reach a successful conclusion,
• advice and support for companies in difficulty,
• collective actions in favour of innovation and fields of excellence.

Location of foreign companies

ADIRA has the benefit of 60 years' experience and is the ideal partner to accompany the location of foreign companies in Alsace.

Our team of advisors is geared to bringing concrete guidance to foreign company managers who envisage an Alsatian setting for the development of new activities. In particular, we can identify :

• suitable plots of land or premises,
• complementary financing,
• any grants that are available.

We also explain the administrative procedures and introduce investors to the appropriate contacts in order to reduce to a minimum the time required to obtain the necessary authorizations.
